During the pre-emption period, registration for the new sports season is reserved exclusively for students from the past season to ensure continuity for those who are currently already attending our courses. At the end of this period, enrollment will be open to all for the remaining vacancies.

How does preemption work?
For which courses can I exercise preemption?
Pre-emption can be exercised for all PlayMore! courses for Children, Teens and Adults already active in the previous season. Registrations for "New" courses (never provided in PlayMore! in past sports seasons) are not subject to preemption and anyone may register freely. The right of preemption is personal and not transferable to friends or other family members. In addition, the right of preemption is unitary, linked to the number of courses already attended (if I have attended 1 course in the current season, I am entitled to 1 single preemption).

I am new to PlayMore! How do I sign up?
You will be able to enroll once the pre-emption period dedicated to those who were enrolled in a PlayMore! course in the previous season has ended. To enroll, you must choose the course you wish to participate in, complete the enrollment process on the website, and pay the fee online via credit card or paypal. Any registrations received before the close of the pre-emption period by those who did NOT attend a course in the past season will be cancelled.

Can courses fill up as early as the preemption stage?
Yes. Some courses may be completed in a few days, even before the end of the preemption period, in case many people already enrolled this year choose the same course on the same day. It is indeed possible to use preemption to enroll in a different course than the one taken in the current season. In order to have a better chance of finding a place in your preferred course, we recommend that you enroll now; in fact, enrollments will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will report on our website those courses that reach the maximum number of enrollments and will then be closed to new enrollments.
Does the evidence guarantee a place in the course?
No, the course may sell out before the test itself.

Who are the instructors?
All PlayMore! Sports Courses are taught by qualified instructors who have specific technical skills in the discipline being taught, as well as extra-sports experience in pedagogy and psychology. The instructors are young, dynamic young people who are motivated to pass on to their students the healthiest values of sports: loyalty, respect, team spirit, and commitment. Many come from the faculty of exercise science and some are, or have been, national and international level athletes.
How do you pay for a sports course?
Registration fees for PlayMore! Courses can only be paid online via Credit Card or Paypal. Payments by bank transfer or cash cannot be accepted.
The registration fee for PlayMore! Sports Courses includes the UISP membership, which provides basic accident insurance and RCT coverage.
How long is a class?
The duration of the classes is indicated in the calendar and within the individual course sheets. Each class includes 5 initial and final minutes dedicated to welcoming and changing groups between classes.
What time is the rendezvous?
The meeting is set 15 minutes before the course start time to give students a chance to change in the locker room and start the activities on time.
What happens in case of rain?
We believe in the benefits that a sport practiced under the open sky can bring to our students. That's why PlayMore! sports classes take place all the time, in sunshine and rain. Our instructors are available to advise you on appropriate technical clothing to best cope with the sports season.
Will we receive the payment receipt?

Nel mese di febbraio invieremo via mail a tutti i genitori di bambini e ragazzi di età compresa tra i 5 e i 17 anni le ricevute dei corsi sportivi, in tempo utile per usufruire delle detrazioni fiscali con la successiva dichiarazione dei redditi.

Per i corsi adulti (maggiori di 18 anni) non è prevista alcuna detrazione fiscale.
È comunque possibile richiedere una ricevuta di pagamento scrivendo a corsi@playmore.it; tale ricevuta ha esclusivamente valore di attestazione del pagamento.
È possibile recuperare le lezioni perse?
I corsi monosettimanali non prevedono possibilità di recupero.
Per essere sicuri di non perdere nessuna lezione è possibile acquistare un pacchetto bisettimanale per i corsi bambini, e l’abbonamento FLEX oppure OPEN per i corsi adulti.
