During the priority enrollment period, registration for the new sports season is reserved exclusively for students from the previous season to ensure continuity for those currently enrolled in our courses. At the end of this period, registration will be open to everyone for any remaining spots.

How does the right of first refusal work?
For which courses can I exercise my right of first refusal?
Priority registration is available for all “ PlayMore! ” courses for children, teens, and adults that were already offered during the previous season. Registration for “New” courses (courses never offered at PlayMore! in previous sports seasons) is not subject to priority enrollment, and anyone may register freely. The right to priority enrollment is personal and cannot be transferred to friends or other family members. Furthermore, the right to priority enrollment is limited to one per person, based on the number of courses already attended (if you attended 1 course in the current season, you are entitled to 1 single priority enrollment).

To register early, you must select the course you wish to take, complete the registration process on the website, and pay the fee online using a credit card or PayPal.
I'm new to PlayMore! . How do I sign up?
You can register once the priority registration period for those who were enrolled in a course at PlayMore! during the previous season has ended. To register, you must select the course you wish to take, complete the registration process on the website, and pay the fee online via credit card or PayPal. Any registrations received before the end of the priority registration period from individuals who did NOT attend a course last season will be canceled.
How can I cancel my subscription?

Can courses fill up even during the priority enrollment period?
Yes. Some courses may fill up in just a few days—even before the end of the priority registration period—if many people who are already enrolled this year choose the same course on the same day. In fact, you can use your priority registration to sign up for a course different from the one you’re taking this season. To increase your chances of securing a spot in your preferred course, we recommend that you register right away; registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We will post on our website which courses have reached their maximum enrollment and are therefore closed to new registrations.
Do the auditions guarantee a spot in the course?
No, the course might sell out before the exam itself.

Who are the instructors?
All of PlayMore! ’s sports courses are taught by qualified instructors who possess specific technical expertise in the discipline they teach, as well as experience in pedagogy and psychology beyond the realm of sports. The instructors are young, dynamic individuals who are motivated to instill in their students the healthiest values of sports: fairness, respect, team spirit, and dedication. Many are graduates of physical education programs, and some are—or have been—athletes competing at the national and international levels.
How do you pay for a sports class?
Registration fees for the courses at PlayMore! can be paid exclusively online via credit card or PayPal. We do not accept payments by bank transfer or in cash.
The registration fee for the “ PlayMore! ” sports courses includes a UISP membership card, which provides basic accident insurance coverage and third-party liability coverage.
How long is a class?
The duration of each class is listed in the calendar and in the descriptions for each course. Each class includes a 5-minute period at the beginning and end for welcoming students and switching groups between classes.
What time is the meeting?
Participants are asked to arrive15 minutes before the class starts so they can change in the locker rooms and begin the activities on time.
What happens if it rains?
We believe in the benefits that outdoor sports can bring to our students. That’s why the sports classes at PlayMore! are always held, rain or shine. Our instructors are available to recommend the right technical clothing to help you make the most of the sports season.
Will we receive a payment receipt?
Yes, for children’s and teens’ courses (ages 5–17)
In February, we will email receipts for thesports courses to all parents of children and teens ages5 through 17, in time for them to claim the tax deductions on their next tax return.

For adult courses (for those over 18), no tax deduction is available.
However, you can request a payment receipt by emailingcorsi@playmore.it; this receipt serves solely as proof of payment.
Is it possible to make up missed classes?
There are no make-up sessions for once-a-week courses.
To make sure you don't miss any classes, you can purchase a twice-weekly package for children's classes, or a FLEX or OPEN membership for adult classes.
