A certificate is required to participate in PlayMore! classes for all students 6 years and older. The medical certificate required is for non-competitive sports activity (a health or recreational motor certificate is not valid). To obtain the certificate ask your general practitioner for information, contact any medical center or book your visit @PlayMorePlayMore!

You can book your examination through qualified doctors working at PlayMore! Sports Center PlayMore!

The visit takes place inside the PlayMore! House (via della Moscova 26, Milan) and consists of a general medical examination accompanied by an electrocardiogram (ECG) at rest. The cost is 50.00 euros to be paid directly at the visit. It is possible to check the available dates for the visits by accessing the online booking system (see below).

How do I book a medical examination at PlayMore?
To make a reservation follow the steps below:

2. Choose the date
You can navigate through the calendar months using the "Previous" and "Next" buttons in the upper left corner. If you do not see any visits on the calendar, it means that there are no doctor visits scheduled in the period you are viewing.

3. Choose the time slot from those available
It is possible to book the visit within a 30-minute time slot, during which up to 3 total visits will be made.

4. Enter your data
Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email and Mobile Phone.
In the "Description" field, enter your child's first name, last name, and year of birth if you are booking the visit for him or her.

5. Click "Book"
You will receive a confirmation email. If you can't find the email, try looking for it in spam.

The provision of the medical examination service is the direct responsibility of the physician on duty who will be operating at PlayMore! on days when the service is active.
