ADD, orArt Du Déplacement, is the name of the discipline that gave rise toParkour.

It involves navigating a coursewhile overcoming every obstaclewith the greatest possible efficiency of movement, adapting one's body to the surrounding environment, whether natural or urban.

It combines the “invisible” expressive and artistic aspect—which is fundamental to an individual’s development—with the “visible” aspect of movement, jumping, running, and climbing.

As part of a group, through challenges and play, everyone has the opportunity to discover their own abilities and put themselves to the test.
Engaging with the environment, with others, and with oneself makes this practice a powerful tool for daily training and an inexhaustible resource for personal growth.

Parkour ADD at PlayMore! will use the facilities at the Sports Center on Via Della Moscova 26 and the square in front of it as elements of a training gym, following a progressive, gradual, and fun training program designed to improve all of the student’s athletic abilities.

Parkour ADD is presented both as a sport and as a lifestyle and way of thinking: any handhold or obstacle is viewed as a foothold to be overcome smoothly and efficiently.
This teaches us in everyday life never to give up when faced with a problem but, on the contrary, to tackle it so that we can continue our journey toward our ultimate goal even more effectively.

To participate, you must have a medical certificate >> for non-competitive sports.

Apparel Eachstudent will receive the official PlayMore! uniform, which consists of a T-shirt. It is important to wear the uniform to every class to strengthen the sense of belongingand promote team spirit. On colder days, we recommend wearing a thermal shirt under the uniform and a windbreaker to protect against wind or rain.
