Tournament schedule: 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Tournament Rules:
The entry fee for the ping pong tournament is €5 per person and includes:
– participation in the tournament on the selected date
– 1 free drink
Registration is done online, subject to availability.

Tournament Format:
The tournament is mixed and features 15 players, who are divided into 3 groups.
Each group consists of 5 players.

Group Stage: Players will compete in a round-robin tournament, with matches consisting of one set to 11 points with advantage.
Quarterfinals: The top two teams from each group and the two best third-place teams will advance from the group stage and face off in the quarterfinals in one-setmatches played to 11 points with advantage.
Semifinals: The winners of the quarterfinals will face off in the semifinals in matches consisting ofone set to 21 points with advantage.
Grand Final: The winners of the semifinals will face off in the Grand Final, which will be played as a best-of-three-set series (each set to 21 points with an advantage rule).

Refund Policy:
The entry fee is non-refundable, including in cases where a player does not participate or withdraws at the last minute.
A refund will be issued only if the entire tournament is canceled for reasons attributable to the organizers.

Throughout the tournament, you can enjoy an aperitif or dinner with the PlayBoxes and buy snacks and drinks at the bar. PlayMore!
All proceeds from the tournament and the AperiPlay events go to support social projects PlayMore!
