Regulations

-

  • Self-arbitrage led by a coach on the sidelines
  • Players on the field: 5 against 5.
  • Change goalkeeper every 5 minutes (if the team does not have a permanent goalkeeper)
  • Substitutions every 5 minutes
  • Short goalkeeper's throw-in (not beyond the middle of the field). The defending team must respect the 3/4 free zone.
  • Lineout, first one is free but only if close, defenders 3m apart
  • Pass back to goalkeeper granted.
  • Points: victory 3 points, draw 1 point, defeat 0 points
  • Bonus points: over 7.5 Goals Scored +1 (for both teams)
  • Bonus points: goal difference under 3.5: +1 (only for the losing team)
