- Self-arbitrage led by a coach on the sidelines
- Players on the field: 5 against 5.
- Change goalkeeper every 5 minutes (if the team does not have a permanent goalkeeper)
- Substitutions every 5 minutes
- Short goalkeeper's throw-in (not beyond the middle of the field). The defending team must respect the 3/4 free zone.
- Lineout, first one is free but only if close, defenders 3m apart
- Pass back to goalkeeper granted.
- Points: victory 3 points, draw 1 point, defeat 0 points
- Bonus points: over 7.5 Goals Scored +1 (for both teams)
- Bonus points: goal difference under 3.5: +1 (only for the losing team)
