Capoeira is a thrilling blend ofplay,movement, andmusicthat combinesmartial artsandacrobatics.
The Capoeira course atPlayMore! is designed to develop coordination, physical fitness, and the fundamentals of the discipline, all set to the rhythm of music and singing.
Through games, exercises, and challenges, childrenwill grow while having fun andlearn towork together both on and off the field, in an environment that fostersrespect,fairness, andteam spirit.
