The Fit4Fun FLEX membership gives you the flexibility to attend any Fit4Fun class (indoor or outdoor) whenever you want, as many times as you want, from among those listed on the schedule. This membership is especially well-suited for those who want to attend classes more than once a week. More info here >>

Shake your body! Stay in shape and have fun with a variety of toning and energizing activities. To the beat of the music, we’ll do calisthenics, step aerobics, bodyweight aerobics, simple dance moves, and much more. A complete workout that combines all the elements of fitness and cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Every session is different from the last. The motto: have fun!

This activity is for adults and teens ages 14 and up.

The course takes place at the “ PlayMore! ” Sports Center at Via Della Moscova 26.

The indoor class is held at Casa PlayMore!, a multi-purpose indoor facility. The outdoor class takes place in an open-air gazebo area equipped for fitness classes.
