Il corso di MultiSport e X-Games è un corso multidisciplinare pensato per sviluppare a 360° le capacità motorie, oltre che i fondamentali individuali e di squadra di ben 8 discipline sportive diverse: Basket, Beach Volley, Pallamano, Atletica, Pattinaggio FreeStyle, Acrobatica, Parkour ADD e Skateboard.

Through games, exercises, and challenges, students will grow while having fun and learn to work together both on and off the field, in an environment that fosters respect, fairness, and team spirit.

Il corso si svolge presso il Centro Sportivo PlayMore! in Via Della Moscova 26 e si tiene all’aperto per tutto l’anno, alternando l’uso dei campi da Basket, Beach Volley e la Pista di Atletica.
On rainy days, classes are held as usual, with an emphasis on activities and supplementary exercises that can be done even on wet ground.
Verranno praticate 2 discipline a settimana (1 di MultiSport 1 di X-Games) e ogni 8 settimane circa, verranno cambiate.

To participate, you musthave amedical certificate>>for non-competitive sports.

Clothing
Each student will receive the official PlayMore! uniform, consisting of a T-shirt and shorts.
It is important to wear the uniform to every class to strengthen the sense of belonging and promote the team spirit.
On colder days, it is recommended to wear a thermal shirt under your uniform and a windbreaker to protect yourself from the wind or rain.

Equipment
During skateboarding and roller skating classes, wrist guards, knee pads, and a helmet are required.
Once registered, students must bring their own equipment (skates, skateboards, and protective gear) to participate in the class. We will send an email notification to let you know when you need to bring your equipment for the skating and skateboarding activities.

In addition to the physical education teacher, the courses will include an additional educator who will be able to assist students who need special attention.

The evaluation of the student’s placement will be conducted with care and attention through discussions among teachers, educators, and parents and, if necessary, through one or more free trial sessions specifically to determine whether the student feels comfortable in the course.

Corsi MultiSport 5-6

MultiSport (Ages 8–10) – Mondays, 6:00–7:00 p.m.

TheMultiSport courseisa multidisciplinary program designed to provide all-around development of motor skills, as well as the individual and team fundamentals of four sports:basketball, beach volleyball, handball, and track and field.

Through games, exercises, and challenges, students will grow while having fun and learn to work together both on and off the field, in an environment that fosters respect, fairness, and team spirit.

Il corso si svolge presso il Centro Sportivo PlayMore! in Via Della Moscova 26 e si tiene all’aperto per tutto l’anno, alternando l'uso dei campi da Basket, Beach Volley e la Pista di Atletica.
On rainy days, classes are held as usual, with an emphasis on activities and supplementary exercises that can be done even on wet ground. The sport practiced is changed approximately every 8 weeks.

X-Games

X-Games (Ages 8, 9, 10) - Thursday, 6:00–7:00 p.m.

TheX-Games courseisa multidisciplinary program designed to provide all-around development of motor skills, as well as the fundamentals of four alternative sports: Freestyle Skating, Acrobatics, Parkour ADD, and Skateboarding.

Through games, exercises, and challenges, students will grow while having fun and learn to work together both on and off the field, in an environment that fosters respect, fairness, and team spirit.

Il corso si svolge presso il Centro Sportivo PlayMore! in Via Della Moscova 26 e si tiene all’aperto per tutto l’anno, alternando l'uso del campo da Basket e la pista di Atletica.
On rainy days, classes are held as usual, with an emphasis on activities and supplementary exercises that can be done even on wet ground.
During the acrobatics session,trampolineswill also be used,whileduring the ADD Parkour session, theclimbing wall will also be used. The discipline practiced is changed approximatelyevery 8 weeks.

E' importante indossare la divisa ad ogni lezione per rafforzare il senso di appartenenza e promuovere lo spirito di squadra. Durante le giornate più fredde, è consigliato indossare una maglia termica sotto la divisa e un k-way per ripararsi dal vento o dalla pioggia.
