If you’re looking for a dynamic and intense workout that improves muscle tone, agility, and posture while being gentle on your joints, mat Pilates will give you everything you’re looking for: it’s a conditioning method that combines flexibility and strength exercises to develop the body in a harmonious way.
It’s a high-performance workout for those seeking their ideal level of fitness and well-being.

The course takes place at Casa PlayMore!, a multi-purpose indoor facility located within the Sports Center at Via Moscova 26.

Instructors are qualified professionals with experience teaching Pilates.

Impact Report

At the end of the season, if you chose to donate, you’ll receive an Impact Report that will detail: the donations received by PlayMore!, how many hours of sports we were able to provide, the number of donated medical exams, the total number of beneficiaries reached, and some stories from the beneficiaries themselves.
