The Power Training FLEX membership gives you the flexibility to attend any Power Training class (indoor or outdoor) whenever you want, as many times as you want, from among those available on the schedule. This membership is especially suited for those who want to attend classes more than once a week. Learn more here >>

Strength, power, explosiveness, agility: these are the physical skills at the heart of this class. An intensive bodyweight workout designed to build strength and sculpt your physique. The class is open to both men and women—the only requirement is the desire to give it your all in this full-body workout!

This activity is for adults and teens ages 14 and up.

The classes are held at the " PlayMore! " Sports Center at Via della Moscova 26.

The indoor class takes place inside Casa PlayMore!, a multi-purpose indoor facility. The outdoor class takes place in an outdoor gazebo area equipped for fitness classes.

A four-month subscription (from September 22, 2025, to February 1, 2026).

To participate, you musthave amedical certificate>>for non-competitive sports.

Starting this season, PlayMore! is launching the “Solidarity Membership,” which is a bit like the “sospeso” coffee: a small but meaningful gesture of solidarity that you can choose to make to provide sports activities to families who cannot afford them due to their vulnerable circumstances.

Impact Report

At the end of the season, if you chose to donate, you’ll receive an Impact Report that will detail: the donations received by PlayMore!, how many hours of sports we were able to provide, the number of donated medical exams, the total number of beneficiaries reached, and some stories from the beneficiaries themselves.
