Strength, power, explosiveness, agility: these are the physical skills at the heart of this class. An intensive bodyweight workout designed to build strength and sculpt your physique. The PowerTraining class is open to both men and women: the only requirement is the desire to give it your all in this full-body workout!

This activity is for adults and teens ages 14 and up.

The classes are held at the “ PlayMore! ” Sports Center at Via della Moscova 26, in an outdoor gazebo area equipped for fitness classes.

Instructors are qualified professionals with experience leading fitness groups.

A four-month subscription (from September 21, 2026, to January 25, 2027).

To participate, you musthave amedical certificate>>for non-competitive sports.

Impact Report

At the end of the season, if you chose to donate, you’ll receive an Impact Report that will detail: the donations received by PlayMore!, how many hours of sports we were able to provide, the number of donated medical exams, the total number of beneficiaries reached, and some stories from the beneficiaries themselves.
