The spiritual and physical world ofyogacomes to PlayMore! in all its richness of styles, practices, and movements of the body and breath. It transcends the limits that the mind imposes on the body by experiencing the gestures, postures, and movements of a millennia-old practice.
The practice of yoga develops flexibility in breathing and the joints, as well as endurance and muscle strength. It also improves posture and lends elegance to movement, enhancing the ability to concentrate and channel energy.

The course takes place at Casa PlayMore!, a multi-purpose indoor facility located within the Sports Center at Via Moscova 26.

Teachers are qualified professionals with experience in teaching yoga.

Impact Report

At the end of the season, if you chose to donate, you’ll receive an Impact Report that will detail: the donations received by PlayMore!, how many hours of sports we were able to provide, the number of donated medical exams, the total number of beneficiaries reached, and some stories from the beneficiaries themselves.
